Privacy
What this site records about you, why, and what you can ask. In short: no tracking cookie, no account, and no form that stores anything.
Who is responsible
Go To Agency SAS, 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France, publisher of cerfel.com (see the legal notice). Contact: [email protected].
What the site does not do
It sets no cookie of its own, has no account and no mailing list, and shows no advertising. The fonts are served by this site, not by Google.
When you write to the studio
The brief on the contact page is not sent by this site: it opens your own email app with a prepared message to [email protected]. If you send it, the studio receives what you wrote and your email address, and uses them only to reply and to discuss the project.
They are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and, if a project follows, for as long as accounting and contract law require.
Audience measurement
Visits are counted with Datalenk (in.datalenk.com) in its cookieless mode: nothing is stored on your device. For each page it receives the address of the page, the page you came from, the language and window size of your browser, how long the page took to load, how far you scroll, where you click and the label of what you clicked (never what you type in a field), and clicks on links to other sites or to an email address.
The Datalenk server uses your IP address and browser details to group the pages of a single visit. If your browser sends the Do Not Track signal, nothing is measured.
Hosting and delivery
The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., which protects and caches it and whose servers may be outside the European Union. Both process your IP address and the technical details of each request to serve the pages and keep them secure, as any web server does. Cloudflare can set a short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie when it has to check that a visit is not automated.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data that concerns you, object to its use, or ask for it to be restricted or handed over to you. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
